Every path begins here: A review of your records, a fresh perspective from a double board-certified REI, and emotional tools you can use right away. Investment: $500. Each consult is structured as a focused working session.

Love & Science: The Intensive

Initial commitment is three months; after that we continue for as long as this support is serving you, with the goal of walking alongside you all the way to parenthood.

    • Master the nuances of being a physician-patient or another high-achieving professional navigating fertility care.

    • Make informed decisions aligned with your values.

    • 6 private 1:1 sessions to use within your first 3 months, plus ongoing group support.

    • A dedicated check-in at two and a half months to review your care plan and decide together what level of support serves you best from here.

    • Fertility Community - Connect with a supportive network of women on similar journeys. Share experiences, find encouragement, and celebrate milestones in our biweekly group calls.

    • Our Starting To Thrive 12-Week Course accredited for 18 CME hours.

Continue your group coaching through pregnancy, as a change in your level of support, not an endpoint. We help women with demanding careers set boundaries, advocate for work restrictions, and find their voice to advocate for the healthiest pregnancy possible.

    • Balance work and life- practical aspects for navigating work and life

    • Know when to say pause- We'll equip you with the tools to listen to your body, set healthy boundaries, and confidently decide when "enough is enough.”

    • Biweekly group coaching sessions

    • Practical tools and resources: Learn effective strategies for managing stress, prioritizing well-being, and making informed choices about your treatment plan
